シンプルトマトソース

• Chop the onion
• Mix all the ingredients together (except for the oil)
• Warm the oil in a large skillet
• Spoon out the mixture in the skillet into 8 cm flat croquettes
• Cook until golden on each side
• When all the croquettes are cooked place them in a medium size heavy button pot with the sauce
• Cook at low heat for 15 minutes

Note

Bring to your table an alternative; replace the hamburger steak with an healty and good meal. Children love it.

• 玉葱を微塵切りにする。
• 油を除いてすべての材料をまぜあわせる。
• 大きなフライパンに油を入れ温める。
• まぜあわせたものをスプーンですくいとり、フライパンの上で8cmぐらいの平たい円に形つくる。
• 両面をきつね色になるまで焼く。
• すべてのクロケッツが焼きあがったら、底の厚いな　べにシンプルトマトソースと一緒に入れる。
• １５分間、弱火で煮こむ。
