サラダ油

Preheat the oven at 200 ℃degrees.
Grate the potatoes and the apple and finely chop the onion.
Put all the ingredients (expect the oil) in a large bowl, finishing with the egg and mix well.
Warm the oil, put the mix in the skillet and cook on one side for 4 minutes at medium heat
Turn over and place in the oven for 45 minutes

NOTE

Go easy on apples and nutmeg...Use cooking apple

Over baking is recommended

オーブンを２００℃に温める。

じゃがいもとりんごをスライサーで細いせん切りにし、たまねぎはみじん切りにする。

それらを大きいボウルに入れ、卵、サラダ油以外の材料を入れる。最後に卵を入れて、よく混ぜ、パンケーキの生地をつくる。（１）

温めたフライパンに油をしき、生地を入れて、中火で片面だけ４分焼く。

ひっくり返して耐熱容器に移し、オーブンで45分焼く。
