SAUTE BEETS IN BUTTER

• Boil the beets for 30 to 45 minutes
• Let them cool down
• Peel them and cut them in little cubes (1.5 cm)
• Warm up the butter and oil in a skillet and saute the beets at high heat for 5 minutes or until they get golden.
• Serve with chopped parsley.

NOTE

The big beets may need up to 1 hour of cooking
