- Preheat the oven at 175ĄC
- Wash, peel and finely slice the potatoes, put them in
a bowl and moisten with the boiled milk (the beaten egg added to it).
- Season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. Add the cheese
and mix.
- Put them into an oven dish, buttered and rubbed with
garlic.
- Sprinkle with more cheese, scatter the butter (cut in
small pieces) on top and bake for 45 minutes.
